MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+353) (Bet $100 to win $353)

  • Brewers (-140)
  • Royals (-150)
  • Mariners (-170)

The Milwaukee Brewers will take on left-hander Mike Minor of the Cincinnati Reds. Minor has a 5.35 xFIP in the last 30 days with the Reds and has allowed 22.9% of line drives while inducing just 35.4% of ground balls in that time frame. The Brewers have five batters with elevated ISO numbers and seven righties in the lineup to go up against Minor. Although Adrian Houser isn't the best pitcher for the Brewers, he'll take on a depleted Reds lineup against righties. Take the Brewers.

Left-handed pitcher Jared Koenig will pitch for his third time this year. So far, he has an 11.25 ERA with a 2.25 WHIP. His xFIP is above 6 in those two games and he's just been getting rocked. The Royals have a lot of power in the lineup and should have six righties to take on the rookie lefty. On the other hand, the Royals will pitch Brady Singer who has been consistent in June, for the most part. The Athletics have just one run in two games against the Royals. I'm not worried. Take the Royals.

The Mariners just lost a double-header to the Angels and will really want today's game with Logan Gilbert on the mound. Gilbert has been one of baseball's more promising young pitchers and will take on an Angels lineup that has a .305 wOBA, even with Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani in the lineup. Meanwhile, the Angels will pitch Kenny Rosenberg. So there's that.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks +647 (Bet $100 to win $647)

  • Mets vs. Marlins Under 6.5 (+105)
  • Royals vs. Athletics Over 7.5 (-110)
  • Guardians vs. Dodgers Under 8 (-110)

With Sandy Alcantara on the mound for the Marlins, Miami has a chance to win today's game. Alcantara is in the conversation with the best pitchers in baseball to win the NL Cy Young award and has a 3.39 xFIP in the last 30 days. Meanwhile, Chris Bassitt will get the start for the Mets today and he's been so much more comfortable at home, in Citi Field, as he's coming off eight innings against the Brewers in his last start. We're not seeing many runs in this one.

I'm confident in the Royals and their offense today. A 7.5 number with Jared Koenig on the mound is interesting. Singer has allowed multiple runs in every game in June as well. I've already stated why I love the Royals today and also believe that the Athletics should be able to score a couple on their own against Singer. Singer could still pitch a quality start, allowing three runs, and get the win while helping the game get over the total.

The Guardians will pitch Shane Bieber, who has an xFIP of 2.74 in the last 30 days. He's been sensational and should keep the Dodgers in check today. On the other hand, Andrew Heaney will get the start for the Dodgers for the first time since his injury. The Guardians have Steven Kwan, Amed Rosario, and Jose Ramirez at the top of the lineup. After those three, the production falls off a cliff. Take the under
