FIRST LEG: Red Sox ML -176
The Red Sox have been playing very well over the past 2-3 weeks and now they get an extremely favorable matchup against a Tigers squad who has really struggled this season. The Tigers biggest issue is that they simply cannot score enough runs to compete. They’re in a lot of low scoring games and cannot keep up with the contenders because of their anemic offense. I think the Red Sox potent lineup will take advantage of Faedo tonight and start this series off with a win
SECOND LEG: Angels ML -178
Noah Syndergaard is having a solid bounce back season for the Angels but he has been especially good at home this year. He has been at his best in these spots as he comes into this game with a 3-1 record and an impressive 1.48 ERA at home. Bubic is on the mound for the Royals and he has had a really up and down season but it’s been mostly down. The lefty has gotten hit very hard and while the Angels have struggled offensively over the past month, they are coming off an impressive series vs the Mariners where they won 4/5, so I believe they are starting to improve. I think they start off this series with a resounding high scoring win.

THIRD LEG: Cubs F5 ML +105
Caleb Kilian, the young and highly touted prospect for the Cubs, has struggled mightily in his first 2 career starts. But those starts need some context as he faced some very good teams as they came against the Cardinals who have one of the highest contact rates in the league and the Padres who are nearly 20 games over 500. Now he gets his most favorable matchup of the season against the Pirates who I believe are due for some negative regression after they were very competitive against the Giants in their last series.
FOURTH LEG: Giants F5 ML +125
This is without a doubt the scariest leg of the parlay but I just have a feeling about this game. Fried has been pitching very well lately but most of his success has been on the road. And while his overall numbers are solid, his statistics at home have been a tad worse than his road splits. Webb is a really good ground ball pitcher and the Braves strikeout at one of the highest rates in the league. I think Webb will be able to avoid the long ball and I expect the giants to bounce back in a big way after their loss to the Pirates on Sunday.
