Reds vs. Dodgers Line Movement

Cincinnati Reds vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Prediction

The Los Angeles Dodgers and the Cincinnati Reds will play game two of this series on Wednesday night. The Dodgers are fresh off a blowout win as Tony Gonsolin turned in another outstanding performance on Tuesday night. The Dodger's offense was looking good last night, putting up eight runs against the Reds staff. The Dodgers will be one of the favorites all season to win the world series.

The Reds, meanwhile, are just trying to see who on this team will be a part of their future. The Reds blew up a lot of their roster in the off-season and knew this would be a rebuilding season with many losses. The Reds have actually played much better baseball the last month than they did to start the season.

Tonight they give the ball to their best arm in the form of Luis Castillo. Castillo, the pride of the Dominican Republic, has been in great form as of late. He represents a record of 2-4, and an era of 3.33 in 46.0 innings pitched this season. Castillo got off to a rocky start, but his last few starts have shown how dominant he can be. He will have one of his tougher tasks of the season on Wednesday night, shutting down this loaded Dodgers lineup.

The Dodgers will send veteran southpaw Tyler Anderson to the mound, who has been outstanding this year. Anderson is a perfect 8-0 this season with an era of just 2.82.

I am looking at a prop for this game I absolutely love. Luis Castillo, over 17.5 outs recorded. This is the same exact play we cashed yesterday with Mahle, and now we go back to the well with Castillo. I believe this number is too low despite the Dodgers lineup. Castillo has gone over this number in his last four starts and against strong opponents. He is a guy who is going to grind out innings and get a lot of chances to get outs as the ace of the staff. The Reds have a weak bullpen, so they will trust Castillo much more than the bullpen. I love this spot today. Let’s stay hot!
