Matt McCuen is off to a 3-0 start on his MLB Home Run Parlay. Here's a look at the four players that he is fading today in his parlay.
ANALYSIS

Friday's MLB Home Run Parlay: Fade Eduardo Escobar, Bryan Reynolds, AJ Pollock, Hunter Renfroe and More

Well, guys, we have done it; we are officially still undefeated in no home run parlays (3-0). The only thing that is better than 3-0, as math will tell you, is 4-0. That is what we will do tonight in this article, as I found five guys that will not hit home runs tonight.

MLB Best Bet: No Home Run Parlay (-121) (Bet $121 to win $100)

Eduardo Escobar

The first guy we are going to kick off this parlay with is going to be Eduardo Escobar. Escobar has to face the best pitcher in the national league tonight, Sandy Alcantra, and I do not believe he will be able to take him deep tonight. Escobar has really struggled to find his swing in the month of June. His average has dipped down to .231, so his approach should not be to get deep at the moment. He has just six home runs this season.

Bryan Reynolds

The second player we will be fading is Bryan Reynolds of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Reynolds went deep last night, but I would be surprised if he could do so back-to-back games. Reynolds's game is not the long ball as he is more known for being a gap type of hitter. Tampa has a solid staff, and I believe they take care of Reynolds today.

AJ Pollock

Next, we will be fading AJ Pollock. I am confused why his line is always the best not to hit a home run because he is not a power hitter. Pollock has just four home runs this season. He does not have an approach of a home run hitter, so I will continue to play Pollock in these no-home run parlays.

Andrew Velasquez

Andrew Velasquez will be the fourth player we are fading tonight. This should be a sweat-free winner as he typically hits ninth and basically hits for no power at all. He has just four-four long balls this year and will have limited at-bats.

Hunter Renfroe

The final leg to close out comes in the form of Hunter Renfroe. Alek Manoah gets the ball for Toronto, and he is a tough guy to take deep. This will be the most challenging leg to cash, but it will get there. Let’s stay hot on these!
