Minnesota Twins vs. Colorado Rockies Prediction: Ride With Chris Archer

The Colorado Rockies vs. the Minnesota Twins will take place from Minnesota on Saturday night for game two of this three-game set. The Rockies took last night's game in a 1-0 affair. That was shocking to many as neither of these teams are known to have great pitching, and both are known to have plus hitting.

Minnesota Twins vs. Colorado Rockies Prediction

That is how baseball goes sometimes and what makes it so Awesome. The Twins are currently tied with the Guaridnas for first place in the AL Central. This is a team who had a lot of question marks coming into the season on how good they could be.

They inked a long-term contract with one of the best shortstops in baseball in Carlos Correa and added a couple of solid pieces in Gary Sanchez and Gio Urshela. The Rockies started the season hot and looked like they could be a surprise team in the MLB. They were aggressive in the off-season, signing Kris Bryant to a big deal, but he has had to deal with a lot of injuries this season, keeping him off the field. The Rockies will look to stay hot with another win tonight. The Twins will hand the ball to veteran right-hander Chris Archer, and Antonio Senzatela will oppose him.

I am backing the Twins on the bounce back tonight. This is a team who is much better than they have displayed the last two games from an offensive standpoint. They have just one run in their last two games, and against a guy like Senzatela, this should change tonight. I believe they get to him early and often and hang some big numbers on the board. Chris Archer has thrown the ball very well for the Twins as of late, and I think he controls this game tonight. This is a game that I believe the Twins blowout the Rockies in.
