Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Colorado Rockies Prediction: Can Trea Turner and the Dodgers Bounce Back?
Throughout the season, the Los Angeles Dodgers have seemed very beatable. However, when the Dodgers take on better opponents, they seem to turn it up a notch.
The Dodgers ended up winning three of four, at home, against the San Diego Padres over the weekend and will now carry that series win over in a new home series against the Colorado Rockies.
The Rockies are 35-44 are have been better than most expected. However, that record can look much worse once this series is over against the first-place Dodgers.
Here are our picks, predictions, and odds for Monday's game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies.

Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Colorado Rockies Prediction
The Dodgers will send out Julio Urias for tonight's series opener against the Rockies. Urias is just 6-6 on the season but also has a 2.64 ERA on the year.
In the last 30 days, he's been tremendous, holding a 3.86 xFIP with over 30% of strikeouts. He won't induce a high amount of grounders but will limit line drives and hard contact.
The Rockies, on the other hand, are hitting a .171 ISO and wOBA of .340 in the last 30 days against lefties. The Rockies are always sneaky against left-handed pitching but going up against Urias won't be easy despite his six losses on the year.
Colorado has struck out just 18.1% of the time in the last 30 days with their projected lineup. It'll be interesting to see if Urias is able to earn a high amount of strikeouts as he has throughout the last 30 days or if the Rockies can limit strikeouts against the lefty, as they've done in the last 30 days.

Meanwhile, it'll be Kyle Freeland on the mound for the Rockies tonight in a battle between two lefties. Freeland is 4-5 with a 4.31 ERA on the season.
Recently, he's struggled, holding a 5.79 xFIP with just 11.9% of strikeouts in the last 30 days. He's not fooling anyone in the last 30 days as he's allowing 28% of line drives in that time frame.
The Dodgers haven't been tremendous against lefties either, however, Freddie Freeman, Will Smith, and Max Muncy have all hit lefties well in the last 30 days. Freeman and Muncy are left-handers as well and should dominate Freeland, who has struggled against lefties more than righties, even as a left-handed pitcher.
Freeland has allowed a .423 wOBA and ISO of .321 in the last 30 days against lefties. Meanwhile, Freeman has a .219 ISO and woBA of .371 against lefties while Muncy has a .529 ISO and wOBA of .387 against lefties in the last 30 days.
Therefore, I'll side with the Dodgers on the runline. The moneyline is sitting at -295 but the runline is at -135.
