Well betting on baseball games involving the Baltimore Orioles three days in a row is something I cannot say I am sure I have ever done before but here we are. The boards have not been super appealing overall for me the last few days and I am not uber crazy about every matchup tonight but I see a few angles on this one I like.

Baltimore Orioles vs Los Angeles Angels Prediction
The ice-cold Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim are heading to Baltimore to take on one of the most surprisingly hot teams in the game right now. The Angels were one of the best teams in the league to start the season and I spoke about it multiple times but they have completely fallen off the rails. They started the season 24-13 and have since then gone 14-32. They have lost nine of their last eleven games without Shohei on the bump and tonight Chase Silseth has the ball sporting a 1-2 record and 5.23 ERA on the season.
Baltimore on the other hand has been one of baseball’s best teams this last month and are making their push at the .500 mark strong here before the All-Star break. I expect them to try to capitalize on this low level of ball the Angels are playing and try to start the series off with a win here tonight. Jordan Lyles has the ball and I do believe he is the better of the two arms. I do not expect anything spectacular but he should be able to get the job done.
The Angels are hitting him well for a 0.492 wOBA and 0.408 BA across 52 PA but that’s not a huge sample size and as you all know any given night a guy can go out and throw the rock like an ace. We do not even need that. Limit damage via keeping guys off the bases as much as you can and the O’s should lead in what should be a game that we can grab the total in as well.
