MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+387) (Bet $100 to win $387)

  • Yankees (-155)
  • Twins (-125)
  • Padres (-155)

The Yankees should have Anthony Rizzo and Aaron Judge back in the lineup. New York won without those two guys last night. Now those two will be back in the lineup. That's not going to be fun for Connor Seabold, who is getting the start tonight for the Red Sox. He has an ERA above 8 and an xFIP nearing 5 in the last 30 days. Meanwhile, Nestor Cortes will get the start and has a 2.44 ERA on the year. It's the battle of the Gray's in Texas. Sonny Gray will take the mound for the Twins while Jon Gray will get the ball for the Rangers. The Rangers have a .162 ISO and wOBA of .303 against righties in the last 30 days using the projected lineup while the Twins have a .243 ISO and wOBA of .355 in the last 30 days against righties. Which lineup would you take?

Blake Snell doesn't have a win registered this year. But I think tonight's the night. The Giants are one loss away from being a .500 team and have struggled offensively against lefties as of late. Meanwhile, Sam Long will take the hill for the Giants. His xFIP is above 5 in the last 30 days and his ERA is below 2. Something's got to give.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks (+627) (Bet $100 to win $627)

  • Yankees vs. Red Sox Over 9.5 (-110)
  • Phillies vs. Cardinals Under 7.5 (-105)
  • Cubs vs. Dodgers Over 8.5 (-105)

I'm high on the Yankees tonight. I love their offense against Connor Seabold. In the lineup, the Yankees have just two players hitting a below-average ISO against righties. Seabold has struggled against both sides of the plate and the Yankees should be 100 percent healthy in their lineup. Meanwhile, Cortes is a left-handed pitcher and the Red Sox have more success against lefties. They'll put up a fight with the middle portion of their order hitting from the right side. Grab the over.

Zack Wheeler and Adam Wainwright both have xFIP's of about 3.50 in the last 30 days. Meanwhile, both lineups have three batters with high potential. Each lineup has three batters in the first four that have hit well recently. But once you get to the bottom of the order, production drops significantly. Take the under. The Cubs and Dodgers will send out two pitchers who have pitched well above expectations. Keegan Thompson and Tyler Anderson have ERA's below 3.50, however, both pitchers have xFIP's creeping up in the last 30 days. The Dodgers' lineup has a ton of power, with only Max Muncy hitting a below-average ISO against righties. Meanwhile, the Cubs have a .349 wOBA as a lineup against lefties in the last 30 days. I'm expecting runs.
