I’ve been waiting for the perfect time to return to this market, and I think we’ve got it. Both teams will send their aces to the mound in Corbin Burnes and Carlos Rodon. Here's how I'm betting the San Francisco Giants vs. Milwaukee Brewers pitcher's duel.

San Francisco Giants vs. Milwaukee Brewers Prediction

1u - NRSI / Both Team Totals Under 6.5 Runs (-130) (Bet $130 to Win $100)

This is one of the more complicated bets, so I will explain exactly how to place it. This bet is for neither team to score 7+ runs and no runs to be scored in the 2nd inning. To place this bet, you will find the Giants vs. Brewers game and click on Same-Game Parlay. When you are there, you will scroll to “Innings,” and the 7th option down will say “Total Runs - 2nd Inning,” and you will select “Under 0.5”. Now that you’ve got your first leg, it is time to reduce the juice. Afterward, you will go over to “Game Props," and you can either manually select under 6.5 total runs for each team individually, or there’s an option if you scroll low to hit “Each Team Total Runs,” and you can select under 6.5.

I’ll still get questions on that, but I explained it to the best of my ability. Let's get into why I like this bet. This game has a total of 6.5; Vegas isn’t even sure if 7 runs can be scored in the game, let alone by one team. This game has 4-3 written all over it. Corbin Burnes and Carlos Rodon are two of the best pitchers in baseball, and neither lineup scares me too much. It is known that the 2nd inning is historically lower scoring than the 1st, and the NRFI is a popular play here.

Burnes has a shutout in the 2nd inning in 8/8 road games, and Carlos Rodon has a 7/7 hit rate in home games. It doesn’t take a genius to find out that hit rate. The two pitchers should be trusted and Rodon is better at home, and Burnes is better on the road. Burnes has a 1.63 road ERA, and Carlos Rodon has a 2.08 home ERA. These pitchers should be at the top of their game. Six quick outs in the 2nd inning and no team to score 7+ total runs is all we need. Lets do this!
