The Rays enter this series fresh off a four-game sweep over the Boston Red Sox. This was a huge series for them, and they answered the call at home. Two of those games included late comebacks, which had given this team a lot of momentum. The Rays have been playing without their star player in Wander Franco. Franco was injured and then returned last week just to become re-injured. This will be a tough injury for the Rays to get over, but they handled it just fine in the series against Boston.

The Orioles enter this game flying high. This could be the most media attention the Orioles have gotten since their Adam Jones and Manny Machado-led teams. This is a team that is playing loose right now and extremely well. No one gave the Orioles any chance of making the playoffs entering the season. They now sit just 1.5 games back of the Blue Jays and Red Sox for that final wildcard spot.

They are winners of ten in a row which is the second longest winning streak outside of only the Seattle Mariners, who had a comeback win last night vs. the Texas Rangers. Baltimore has done this with great pitching and timely hitting. This is a team playing with supreme confidence at the moment, which makes them dangerous. They send Taylor Wells to the mound, who will be opposed by Luis Patino. 

I am fading America's team today in the Baltimore Orioles. They have made me a lot of money this year, as well as many others, being the most profitable team to gamble on this season, but this is the perfect letdown spot in my eyes. I faded the Mariners last night which was scary and worked in the first five.
