MLB Parlay Picks for Monday: Cash In With This Expert's +630 Parlay
Due to popular demand, we're adding an article at Oddschecker that consists of two parlays. I'm going to add two different parlays, one being a moneyline parlay and the other being a totals parlay in the MLB daily. You can always mix and match these parlays where you see the value! Head to the Oddschecker MLB Odds grid to see complete odds for every game today on the board.
MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+462) (Bet $100 to win $462)
- Guardians (-110)
- Cubs (-150)
- Giants (-130)
We've hit parlays in back-to-back days again. This time, we nailed our +349 moneyline parlay yesterday. Let's go for three straight today.
The Guardians will send out Zach Plesac, who has a 4.36 xFIP in the last 30 days. He's limited walks and has also earned a high amount of grounders. He'll take on a Red Sox lineup that has a .132 ISO and wOBA of .280 in the last 30 days. Yuck. Meanwhile, Nick Pivetta will take the hill for the Red Sox with a 6.47 xFIP in the last 30 days. He's been terrible recently. Take the Guardians.
I've been impressed by Adrian Sampson. He still has a high xFIP in the last 30 days, but he'll take on a Pirates lineup that has a .098 ISO and wOBA of .263 against righties in the last 30 days. He's been getting deeper into games and limiting damage. On the other hand, the Cubs haven't been much better offensively but still have a .298 wOBA against righties in the last 30 days. The Cubs will have more chances to score.
The Giants just took four straight losses to the Dodgers. They need to bounce back. Going up against Tyler Gilbert will help. Gilbert has had a 6.71 xFIP in the last 30 days with just 7.1% of strikeouts. The Giants usually struggle with high strikeouts but won't against Gilbert. That means more balls in play, which likely means more runs scored. With Jakob Junis on the hill, the Giants should be confident that they can get the first win of the series.
MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks (+647) (Bet $100 to win $647)
- Marlins vs. Reds Under 8.5 (+105)
- Giants vs. Diamondbacks Over 9 (-105)
- Astros vs. Athletics Over 8 (-110)
The Marlins will send out Trevor Rogers for tonight's game. He's a lefty with 22.5% of strikeouts in the last 30 days. He'll take on a Reds lineup that has a .139 ISO and wOBA of .340. But if you take away Brandon Drury, Tommy Pham, and Nick Senzel, this lineup has been dreadful. Meanwhile, the Marlins have been just as bad against lefties. Nick Lodolo will take the hill and also has a high strikeout rate. He'll take on a Marlins lineup that has a .087 ISO and wOBA of .202. Take away Miguel Rojas and Avisail Garcia; this lineup is worse than the Reds. Give me the under!
Like I stated above, I like the Giants to do damage tonight. The Giants have a .256 ISO and woBA of .385 against lefties in the last 30 days. Gilbert isn't like the lefties on the Dodgers. Meanwhile, Arizona still has a .192 ISO and wOBA of .332 against righties in the last 30 days. They'll contribute to the over.
Jake Odorizzi has a 4.55 xFIP in the last 30 days while allowing more line drives than ground balls induced. Oakland isn't the best offense, but they'll give us a couple. Meanwhile, Houston gets to hit against Adam Oller, who has an 8.67 xFIP in the last 30 days. The Astros haven't been elite against righties but still have plenty of potential in that lineup to hit Oller, who can't seem to get anyone out at the Major League level.
