Monday's MLB Best Bets: Nick Lodolo, Zach Plesac, and the Strikeout Watch List

We didn't even get the five-man quota for most of our lineups yesterday, and all five guys on the Strikeout Watch List hit their regular numbers. Three of them hit their ladders. It just goes to show the power of the list. What can I say? It's powerful stuff. But here's the thing, we can't look at tomorrow anymore. That day is over. We're on to today, which means we have more opportunities if we can just find them. Lucky for us, I've prepared another Strikeout Watch List to help us narrow this stuff down. It's just easier that way. I know it, you know it, the books know it. I seriously can't believe that the books haven't banned this thing yet. Until they do, we'll just keep banging it out. Feels right.

Remember, we need to see AT LEAST five of these batters in these lineups when they are released. If that happens, get ready to fire away. If we don't see at least five of these names in each lineup, walk away. We'll find something better. Don't forget to be somebody today.
