Arizona Diamondbacks vs San Francisco Giants Pick

1u - SF/ARI No Run Second Inning / SF o0.5 Team Total (-125) (Bet $125 to win $100)

*Odds available at DraftKings at time of publishing*

Many of you know how to place these by now but I will still explain for any newbies in the mix. We will be betting on neither team to score in the second inning but the Giants to score one run over the course of the whole game. When placing this bet you will go to the SF/ARI game and select the “Same Game Parlay” option. From there you will go to innings and scroll down to “Total Runs - 2nd Inning” and select u0.5. Now that you have selected that you will head over to the right to “Game Props” and select “SF Total Runs o0.5 runs”

Arizona Diamondbacks vs San Francisco Giants Prediction

Let's get into the good stuff, shall we? Logan Webb is 16/20 this season on the NRSI and Zac Gallen is 14/18. They are a combined 30/38 at not allowing a run in the second inning, not bad at all. The math would suggest the NRSI has a 62% chance of hitting, we will take that. Both pitchers have faced the lineup they will see today and both have pitched well and not allowed a second-inning run. Gallen only allowed two runs in 6.2 innings pitched and Webb didn't allow a single run over six innings. My initial lean was to take the first five under for both teams at 3.5 but this feels safer.

The juice reducer is for the Giants to just score a run. This game has an eight-run total and the Giants are -120 favorites so if they fail to score a run then something went severely wrong. Gallen is a great pitcher but in 17/18 of his starts, the other team has scored. San Francisco has played 97 games this season and has only been shut out five times. A 92/97 hit rate is worth moving these odds from -155 odds to -125 odds. NRSIs have been nice to us for the better part of the year, let's keep it going!
