The Orioles have taken the league by storm this season and became America's team. They also have been the most profitable team for gamblers to bet on. It surprised some people when the Orioles were sellers at the deadline when they dealt all stat closer, Jorge Lopez and Trey Mancini. Despite the moves at the deadline, this team has not slowed down. They sit just two games out of a wildcard spot.

The Blue Jays currently hold the number one spot in the American League Wildcard race. The Jays fired their coach during the season and since then, they have played better baseball. They now sit twelve games over the .500 mark. This is one of the best lineups in baseball, and they have a lot of young star power. The Jays were aggressive at the deadline when they added former all-star Whit Merrifield.

This lineup is a pitcher’s nightmare, and this is a team that nobody wants to see in the playoffs. This is a pivotal series as the Jays will look to increase their lead, and the Orioles will look to find their way into the playoffs. 

I am backing the Jays on the money line tonight. I think this lineup will light up Jordan Lyles and put on a show. I love this Blue Jays team and feel as if they are a dark horse to win the World Series this year. This lineup is deep as any in baseball, and against a guy like Jordan Lyles, I am willing to bet that they can put up runs.

The Orioles have been a great team to bet on this year and have made me a lot of money, but this is a spot we should fade them tonight. This is a huge series for Toronto, which will be looking to expand its lead in the wildcard race. I feel as if they will be prepared and ready to go today.
