Colorado Rockies vs St. Louis Cardinals Prediction, Picks, Odds: Back Nolan Arenado and the Cardinals

Well guys we kept the momentum rolling strong into this week yesterday with another profitable day and I am looking to push that here on a great slate on the diamond for us today. It is Tuesday so Matt and I already gave out four plays on The Morning Edge earlier so if you missed those be sure to go check the YouTube channel to lock those plays in. With that in mind, I dropped two totals there and said I would dive into some sides and moneyline action on the articles and that is where we are going to pick up here now. Let's get into my prediction, picks, and odds for the Rockies vs Cardinals game.

Rockies vs Cardinals Line Movement

Colorado Rockies vs St. Louis Cardinals Prediction

I am going to kick off the evening with two looks on the red-hot St. Louis Cardinals as they are in Denver getting ready for the series opener with the Colorado Rockies. This is simply a prime spot to back a hot team on great lines and I love the looks of it all around so I’m going to bite.

The Birds are the victors of seven straight contests and are the leaders in the National League Central at 60-48 at a season-high twelve games above .500. Miles Mikolas has been the silent ace in St. Louis this season posting the team’s best ERA amongst a group of solid arms and has to lead the charge in starts all season long. A few weeks ago I brought up so bad luck he ran into earlier in the season but he is in the form right now and I know he will be ready to go with a hot team and an extra day's rest behind him.

Ryan Feltner has the ball for the Rockies and although he is not a southpaw, I do not believe St. Louis should have issues getting to him and potentially doing it early. They are facing a guy who has not been a consistent big leaguer with an ERA north of five. On top of that, they are in a hitters park and Nolan Arenado will be returning to Colorado where he spent the majority of his career at this point.

The birds are healthy, rested, and motivated. I am backing the hot team at good prices.
