MLB Parlay Picks (+567) (Bet $100 to win $567)

  • Mets -1.5 (-155)
  • Giants (+140)
  • Astros -1.5 (-145)

The Mets will face T.J. Zeuch in today's afternoon game. Zeuch will make his first start in the MLB this season. Last season, he finished with a 7.24 xFIP with 57 batters faced. The right-hander is going to have a tough task against this red-hot Mets lineup. Although Taijuan Walker didn't have great stuff in his last outing, he's been really good against bad teams. He'll be fine here.

Sean Manaea has really struggled recently and will take on a Giants lineup that destroys righties. The Giants have a .326 wOBA and ISO of .394 against lefties in the last 30 days with their projected lineup. Yet, the Giants are at +140? Jakob Junis isn't much better, but he still matches up better against the Padres in comparison. I'll take my chances with San Francisco.

The American League Cy Young favorite will take the hill for the Astros. Yes, it's Justin Verlander. He's taking on a Rangers lineup that just simply doesn't have much depth beyond the top three guys in the order. On the other hand, Glenn Otto will pitch for the Rangers. He's been bad against righties. The Astros should have a mostly right-handed lineup that can do serious damage.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks (+494) (Bet $100 to win $494)

  • Rays vs. Brewers Under 7.5 (-125)
  • Marlins vs. Phillies Under 7.5 (-125)
  • Twins vs. Dodgers Under 9.5 (-120)

The Brewers have struck out 28.1% of the time against lefties in the last 30 days. That's good news for Rays' pitcher Jeffery Springs. Meanwhile, the Rays have struck out 27.7% of the time against righties. That's going to benefit Brandon Woodruff, who will take the mound for the Brewers. With more strikeouts and fewer balls in play, that sounds like an under to me.

I know the Phillies have been hot at the plate. But the offense won't enjoy having to face Sandy Alcantara tonight. Alcantara is going to win the NL Cy Young and has earned a ton of strikeouts, many ground balls, and has limited line drives recently. On the other hand, Noah Syndergaard hasn't been terrific but things should turn around against a very bad Marlins lineup. I'm going with the under here as well.

Will Sonny Gray ever get some respect? He has an ERA of 3.19 but with a line sitting at 9.5, you'd think he was Mike Minor or something. Gray is worse against righties and will take on more lefties in the Dodgers' lineup, even if Justin Turner is available. On the other hand, Ryan Pepiot will take the hill for the Dodgers. He's a top prospect and has performed well despite having a high xFIP. The Twins don't really have that many threats in their lineup against righties right now. I'll take the under here as well.
