Tampa Bay Rays vs. Baltimore Orioles Prediction
The Baltimore Orioles head to Florida to take on the Tampa Bay Rays this evening and I am excited to dive into this one so that’s exactly what I am going to do. No prologue today, I’m ready to roll. I am sold on this Baltimore team. I think they are in this thing really wanting to make some noise and I am going to ride with them and this momentum in good spots until the wheels fall off. They are technically in fourth place but tied with their opponent tonight for third and just two games back from tying the Blue Jays for second in the division.
This team has not stopped chugging along and the young talent just keeps producing in spectacular fashion. I think the Blue Jays are losing their edge and Baltimore has their number. Tonight, the opportunity to secure the solo hold of the third place spot in the AL East, and then they are right on Toronto’s tail.
Austin Voth has the ball for the O’s and has put up solid numbers in his time facing the Rays so far and I think he can keep them quiet again tonight. Corey Kluber will be his counterpart and I am really loving the splits I am getting on this matchup. Set aside the two already huge factors in this game with momentum and motivation for both sides on the line. In 147 Plate Appearances against the current hitters in this lineup he has been knocked around for a .302 AVG and the expected slash line tonight is .275/.333/.416 and I will ride with that.
Tampa Bay Rays vs. Baltimore Orioles Pick
