Cardinals vs. Brewers Line Movement

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Milwaukee Brewers Prediction

Well, it is not our standard rinse, wash, repeat article here today but we are heading back to the same matchup we cashed in on yesterday. The Milwaukee Brewers are back in St. Louis tonight to take on the red-hot Cardinals in the second bout of this divisional clash and we should see another great ball game.

As I said last night the Cardinals have been playing great baseball and last night they took game one with a solid 3-1 victory over the crew. They are now 9-2 this month, 36-20 on home field, and lead the Brewers in the division by two games; they have a chance this weekend to really step on Milwaukee's neck and separate themselves from their challengers a bit.

We have an electric pitching matchup between Brewers stud Corbin Burnes and Cardinals veteran Adam Wainwright. Both of these guys have had great games and bad games against the other; they have seen each other plenty and know what they are facing tonight.

I cannot stop iterating the impact of the atmosphere for St. Louis at home right now; the farewell season of three Cardinals greats is a huge deal. The players are pumped up, want to win, and considering all three guys should be in the lineup tonight it should be a strong showing on their end. The home field advantage is real in St. Louis and those fans 1) love the Cardinals and 2) hate the Brewers. The duel sets up for a close one and the Brewers may be able to sneak it out but I am going to double dip here on one of the most profitable starting pitchers in the history of the MLB.

Bonus Play

LA is now 78 -33 facing the Royals at 47-67. The Dodgers still have not lost in the month of august and have won eleven straight on the run line; -175 is way too juiced for my liking so I am avoiding it (but I would recommend throwing their money line in a parlay if you make one) but I do still think they score and I am going to bet on them to do so.
