Texas Rangers vs. Seattle Mariners Prediction, Picks, Odds: Will Julio Rodriguez and the Mariners Stay Hot?
Well we have a huge board this Saturday evening but I see a lot of juice all around and there are quite a few spots that feel a bit trap-like to me; I dug around for some angles that avoided some of those games for us and while doing so found a total I want to attack this evening. We are heading back to Globe Life Field in Arlington Texas as the Seattle Mariners are down south ready to take on the Texas Rangers in the second game of this divisional clash.

Texas Rangers vs. Seattle Mariners Prediction
I have been a huge fan of totals down in Texas all season long and I think we have a good shot at cashing this one again here tonight. Seattle has dominated the Rangers this season for a ridiculous 9-2 head-to-head record but it is misleading. They have not all been bloodbaths. Texas just keeps drawing the short end of the stick. It seems like a hex that I am sure Seattle loves but the Rangers are dying to break and in the second game of this series tonight I think both sides swing the sticks a little bit.
Seattle crushes Texas so I know they will be ready to hit. On the other side of things, this Texas lineup is talented and despite falling out of the race for this year they are still building and growing that roster. This was not their year to contend but they are close and going to play like a team that is down the stretch regardless of record.
The pitching matchup is ideal as both arms have been seen by the other side plenty before and have been knocked around a bit. Marco Gonzales has the ball for Seattle sporting a 7-11 record and 3.98 ERA on the season and has been hit very well across a large sample size against this Texas lineup. The southpaw Dane Dunning takes the ball for Texas with an ERA north of four, 2-6 record, and has been seen by Seattle plenty.
I think this one goes over, it’s that simple for me.
