MLB Parlay Picks (+544) (Bet $100 to win $544)
- Phillies (-175)
- Cardinals -1.5 (+100)
- Diamondbacks (+105)
The Phillies match up well against T.J. Zeuch tonight. Zeuch has a 5.69 xFIP in the last 30 days and has allowed nearly 31% of line drives when balls are batted into play. He's been worse against lefties and while Schwarber and Harper aren't available, Bryson Stott and Darick Hall are still featured in the lineup along with righties who have smoked righties like Rhys Hoskins and J.T. Realmuto. Also, look for Kyle Gibson to have a quality outing against the Reds.
The Cardinals will face Kyle Freeland, who has an xFIP of 5.05 in the last 30 days. He's a lefty and the Cardinals smoke lefties. St. Louis is hitting a .295 ISO with a wOBA of .415 against lefties in the last 30 days. The entire middle of the lineup has ridiculous stats between O'Neill, Goldschmidt, Arenado, Pujols, and DeJong. On the other hand, Jose Quintana will get the start and he's held it down for the Cardinals since coming over. Back the Cardinals to win big in this one.
The Diamondbacks will pitch Merrill Kelly and go up against Jakob Junis of the Giants. Arizona has the better pitcher using basic stats and analytics. Plus, the Diamondbacks also have more consistent hitters against righties in comparison to the Giants. Other than LaMonte Wade, the Giants haven't really done much offensively against righties. The Diamondbacks have four hitters with high ISO and wOBA in their lineup against righties. Give me Arizona to ruin San Francisco's four-game win streak.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks (+611) (Bet $100 to win $611)
- Cubs vs. Nationals Under 8.5 (-105)
- Astros vs. White Sox Under 7 (-110)
- Dodgers vs. Brewers Under 8 (-110)
I'm taking an under in a Patrick Corbin start. Call me crazy. The Cubs are hitting a .097 ISO with a wOBA of .250 against lefties in the last 30 days. Corbin might actually have a solid outing today. On the other hand, Justin Steele will get the call for the Cubs. He's another lefty with a 2.75 xFIP in the last 30 days. The Nationals are hitting a .152 ISO and wOBA of .321 with 23% of strikeouts. I actually like the under here.
It's Justin Verlander against Dylan Cease. The two best pitchers in the American League. Verlander is currently in the lead for the AL Cy Young but a big performance from Cease tonight could change that. The Astros haven't hit righties well recently and the White Sox will still be hitting without Luis Robert. Neither lineup looks all that great on paper but these two pitchers have been tremendous. I'll take the under here.
Ryan Pepiot will get the spot start for the Dodgers. He hasn't been too great in the majors but he's a top prospect who will get better over time. He's limited line drives to 15.4%. Now if he's able to find his strikeout stuff, he's going to have a really good outing. On the other hand, Brandon Woodruff will get the ball for the Brewers. He has a 3.73 xFIP with 24.8% of strikeouts in the last 30 days. He's limited power against both sides of the plate. If you want to beat the Dodgers, you've got to limit power. He's done that. I like the under in this game.
