New York Mets vs Colorado Rockies Prediction: A Same Game Parlay With Jacob deGrom, Mets

This is a complicated bet so allow me to explain how to place this and then what we need to make it happen. You can place this bet on both DK and MGM but I will explain how to place it on DK. Both of these options will be found under the Same Game Parlay feature and then under “innings”. The second option down will say “COL Rockies Total Runs - 1st Inning” and then you will select u0.5.

Secondly, you will scroll down to the 6th line where it says “1st 5 Innings Moneyline” and select Mets/Mets. For those unaware allow me to explain what we need to happen to win. Come check out my prediction, picks, and odds for the Mets vs. Rockies

Mets vs. Rockies Line Movement

New York Mets vs. Colorado Rockies Prediction

In the 1st inning we need deGrom to not allow a run, just three outs from him without a run scoring. deGrom has not allowed a run in the 1st inning in all 4 starts this season. There isn’t a player that the Rockies can put out there that would make me scared against deGrom. Jacob deGrom is a cheat code who will have the advantage in every at bat. Our other leg for 1st 5 Inning/Moneyline is exactly how it sounds. Also known as “Double Result” we need the Mets to lead after 5 innings and win the game outright. This would mean we need some run support as well.

I obviously think deGrom shoves and makes the Rockies bats look bad but I see some run support coming our way too. The Mets face Ryan Feltner who holds a 5.88 ERA and an even worse 6.26 road ERA. The Mets crush right handed pitching with a .266 season average. This guy has yet to muster together two consecutive good starts and his last start he only allowed 1 run against the uninspiring Giants offense.

This feels like a start he at least allows 3 runs. If that’s the case then this should cash with ease if deGrom does his normal routine of domination. Let's roll!
