Thursday's MLB Best Bets: Triston McKenzie, James Kaprielian, and the Strikeout Watch List

So this is bad. I went through Thursday's MLB slate looking for guys that could put us on the moon and I don't know if anyone has it in them. Not even one guy. It's not their fault though. Sometimes the stars just don't align with pitchers, matchups, and umpires. It happens. Even NASA has to delay trips to space and they have actual space shuttles. Look it up. It happens all the time. Conditions have to be right for this kind of stuff. Still, when you can't find a bet you like the first time through the lines, you have to look again. Everyone knows that. Sometimes it takes 20-30 times through the slate to find something that we can talk ourselves into. Lucky for us, I took 35 times through this morning and ended up with two that might actually have a chance. Neither one is great on their own but all we need to happen is for one of these guys to eat their Wheaties this morning. It could happen.

Remember, we need to see AT LEAST five of these batters in these lineups when they are released. If that happens, get your space suit on. If we don't see at least five of these names in each lineup, walk away. We'll find something better. Also, don't forget to be somebody today.
