Sunday's MLB Best Bets: Ross Stripling, Adrian Martinez, and the Strikeout Watch List

This is the last Sunday of the season that we're really going to care about the Strikeout Watch List. We won't forget about it but we damn sure can't act like we're going to care about it the same way once football is back. It's natural. It's been happening since the beginning of time. Probably happened to every one of us in middle/high school when we dropped our girlfriend/boyfriend when something better came along. Hell, we could have been the ones that got dropped. The point is, the old is going to be out by this time next week and the new will be in. And that's fine. What I'm saying we should do is enjoy this last Sunday ride. It's been a great run. We shouldn't be sad that it's over, but rather happy that it happened. Plus one of these guys is going to get us to the moon. Feels right.

Remember, we need to see AT LEAST five of these batters in these lineups when they are released. If that happens, get your space suit on. If we don't see at least five of these names in each lineup, walk away. We'll find something better. Also, don't forget to be somebody today.
