Monday MLB Picks and Parlay: San Francisco Giants vs. Atlanta Braves, Diamondbacks vs. Dodgers
We are heading back to the diamond this evening for a nice moneyline parlay I am looking to cash in on. We obviously are playing less MLB volume now with things slowing down and football taking over half the week but there are still spots I like and money to be made and I am ready for some Monday night baseball this evening. Let's get to tonight's MLB pick!
Monday MLB Parlay Picks
I already saw a friend of mine say something about this on Twitter this morning and I could not agree more at this point. The Sunday Night Baseball curse is alive. The Cardinals avoided it two weeks ago but that was an anomaly in terms of the seasons trend as a whole. Teams playing in primetime baseball to end the week that win and then travel the next day are losing at a very high rate this season.
Tonight, the Atlanta Braves are traveling to San Francisco to take on last night's victors and I am fading them. Atlanta has won four of the last five meetings between these two squads and is playing exceptional baseball at the moment. They are 8-2 across their last ten despite dropping their last two games including an almost miracle comeback they fell just short of last night.
They had a much shorter trip coming from Seattle compared to the Giants trip from Chicago and have the better starting pitcher tonight in Strider.
The second leg of this one is self-explanatory: the Dodgers are playing. Cy Young Candidate Tyler Anderson has the ball for the Dodgers and has been electric this season. Los Angeles is now just four wins short of the 100-win mark on the year and tonight they face a team they have beaten eight consecutive times this year including a sweep in Arizona last time.
