I found a bet I loved but needed to reduce the juice. Josh Gayle is here with an MLB SGP for the Padres vs. Cardinals. Come find out his MLB Same-Game Parlay for the San Diego Padres vs. St. Louis Cardinals.
ANALYSIS

San Diego Padres vs. St. Louis Cardinals Same-Game Parlay: Will Padres Hit Jack Flaherty Around?

The initial bet I love here is the Flaherty line. Flaherty is back to pitching in full stretches and in his last three outings 87 pitches once and 91 pitches twice. In all three of those games, he allowed exactly 6 hits. We need San Diego to hit just four off of him today. The main prop here is massively juiced so we want to limit our risk and pair it with a nice juice reducer.

San Diego Padres vs. St. Louis Cardinals Prediction

1u - Jack Flaherty o3.5 Hits Allowed / Jorge Alfaro u0.5 Doubles (-113 @ Caesars) (Bet $113 to win $100)

Flaherty had 14 starts last year throwing 2 innings or more and he allowed 4+ hits in 11/14 of those games. San Diego definitely has been slumping somewhat but they are due an offensive explosion and this number for Flaherty is nuts considering he’s now throwing 90 pitches a game. This number should have opened at 4.5 easily and even then the over might have been tempting.

Our juice reducer looks random but there’s a method to the madness. Alfaro is 0-6 against Flaherty lifetime and isn’t much of a double hitter. The man hasn’t played since September 16th so he may get the day off again but that would be fine for us. We only are laying the juice of the -113 by getting the bet in early so if he doesn't play we still have the Flaherty leg I like a lot as a single bet. Alfaro could be a pinch hitter which would be beautiful if he only gets one at-bat. If Alfaro does start he isn’t a doubles guy much either. He has just one double over his last 18 games. Let's roll!
