Our picks for Thursday's NBA action
ANALYSIS

We went 2-0 last night as the Clippers hung with the Jazz long enough to cover the spread and with Miami knocking off the Warriors thanks to an incredible Dwayne Wade buzz-beater.

Part of me wants to back the Pacers (-3.5) and 76ers (+7.5) but I feel like they may be traps. With that in mind I've just gone for a single.

Current Record - 15-15-1 (win/lose/push) -1.35u

Sam's NBA picks will reguarly giving you picks for the day's hoop action. I recommend backing these individually but you're welcome to parlay them too. Each pick is staked at one unit.

Warriors @ Magic

I thought the Heat would give the Warriors a game last night but I didn't think they'd end up winning. This spread is slightly shorter than I'd have expected given how high they've been of late, but perhaps it shows the market reacting to Golden State consistently failing to cover.

The most important thing to consider here is that it's GSW's third game in four days. Not only that but it's their fifth in eight days. Kevin Durant has looked a little fatigued recently and this busy schedule could be taking it's toll on the team.

Magic +6.5
