Our picks for Tuesday's NBA action
ANALYSIS

We only won again last night! The last six selections have all been winners, which I think means this qualifies as a hot streak. I've got to urge some caution because tonight's games scare the life out of me. I'm excited to watch the Rockets in Toronto but the line is just too close to call for me, elsewhere on a small slate of games there's one that jumps has grabbed my attention.

Current Record - 19-15-1 (win/lose/push) +2.29u

Sam's NBA picks will regularly be giving you picks for the day's hoop action. I recommend backing these individually but you're welcome to parlay them too. Each pick is staked at one unit.

Thunder @ Timberwolves

It looks likely that Paul George will miss his fourth successive game and given his MVP-caliber season it's no surprise that Oklahoma will miss him. Dennis Schroder had a 17-point, 12-board and 6-assist game last time George was missing and he'll need to perform in this game too. It may give Russell Westbrook a chance to demonstrate his value, it's felt like he's sacrificed part of his game this year to help push George.

Statistically things look good for OKC who are 54.5% ATS as an away underdog. They also rank fifth in the league in terms of winning games in which they enter as a road dog. The Timbewolves have lost three on the bounce and I think they'll add a fourth to that tonight.

Thunder +2.5
