Our picks for Monday's NBA action
ANALYSIS

Sorry for the break over the last few days. The NBA has become a lot harder to make picks for given that it's so close to the end of the regular season. We have a decent slate tonight, but there's still only one game that leaps out of me.

Current Record - 29-26-1 (win/lose/push) +0.39u

Sam's NBA picks will regularly be giving you picks for the day's hoop action. I recommend backing these individually but you're welcome to parlay them too. Each pick is staked at one unit.

Whilst we're here and talking about hoops, can we remind you that Oddschecker is the place for great March Madness content. Find our great articles here.

Trail Blazers @ Timberwolves

Damian Lillard struggled on Saturday, when he only managed a poor 8-of-25 shots. It wasn't just him who struggled with Portland shooting at just 37%. He rarely plays badly consecutively, so I expect him and the team to bounce back and comfortably win their first of four games this week.

The devestating loss of Jusuf Nurkić to that gruesome injury has been hard for the team but Portland are still a great team, who are 8-2 in their last 10. Minnesota meanwhile are 3-7. Portland are 5th in the league ATS when they are a road favorite and I'd expect them to cover easily today.

Trail Blazers -3.5
