BET OF THE DAY:

Toronto Raptors @ San Antonio Spurs

  • Since the 2016-17 NBA season, the San Antonio Spurs have a 7-0 against the spread record against the Toronto Raptors. (Stat courtesy of Statschecker)

The San Antonio Spurs will look to rebound after a loss to the Phoenix Suns on Friday night.

DeMar DeRozan finished with 30 points, eight rebounds and four assists for the Spurs in a 103-99 loss to the Suns. LaMarcus Aldridge added 16 points, six boards and three assists, and Derrick White chipped in 13 points, six rebounds, four assists, three steals and four blocks in defeat.

The San Antonio Spurs have a 34-13 all-time record against the Toronto Raptors, including a 19-4 record at home. Moreover, they have won their last 10 matches against the Canadians and have not lost since Dec. 28, 2007.

The Spurs at home plus 3 points is the pick here.

2u – Spurs (+3) @ -105

Brooklyn Nets @ New York Knicks

  • The New York Knicks have a 7-2-1 against the spread record in night games against the Brooklyn Nets since the 2017-18 NBA season. (Stat courtesy of Statschecker)

The Brooklyn Nets and New York Knicks will square off at Madison Square Garden on Sunday.

The Knicks will look to rebound against its crosstown rival having suffered consecutive losses to the Los Angeles Lakers and Toronto Raptors. Marcus Morris Sr. finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds, Julius Randle added 20 points, 11 boards and three blocks in a 118-112 loss to the Raptors on Friday night.

The Nets, on the other hand, will be playing their second back-to-back game after beating the Detroit Pistons 121-111 on Saturday. Look for the Knicks to come away with the home victory over Brooklyn in this Sunday evening matchup.

1u – Knicks (-1.5) @ -105

Phoenix Suns @ Memphis Grizzlies

  • Since the 2012-13 NBA season, the Phoenix Suns have a 9-16-1 against the spread record in night games against the Memphis Grizzlies. (Stat courtesy of Statschecker)

The Memphis Grizzlies will look to win consecutive games when they host the Phoenix Suns on Sunday night. Jaren Jackson Jr. finished with 29 points, six rebounds and two blocks, and Dillon Brooks contributed 27 points for the Grizzlies in a 125-112 win over the Pistons on Friday night.

Rookie Ja Morant chipped in 16 points and 12 assists for the Grizzlies.

Memphis is currently rolling. The Grizzlies have won eight of their last 11 games, and they are locked in at the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference.

This matchup will be the fourth meeting between the teams this season. The Grizzlies twice won in Phoenix, first by a 115-108 scoreline on Dec. 11 and nearly four weeks they ran out 121-114 winnets. The Suns, however, had beaten the Grizzlies in Memphis 114-105 back on Nov. 2.

It seems as if the Grizzlies are on the same page, and they look like a team that can easily make the playoffs in the West. Roll with Memphis at home in this one minus the 2.5 points.

1u – Grizzlies (-2.5) @ -110
