In Saturday’s NBA action, Kawhi Leonard finished with 31 points, six rebounds and four assists for the Los Angeles Clippers in a 118-106 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. Paul George added 21 points and seven boards for the Clippers.

For the Boston Celtics, Jaylen Brown had 32 points, nine rebounds and two steals in a 116-95 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers. Jayson Tatum contributed 25 points, four assists and three rebounds.

Denver Nuggets @ Detroit Pistons

The Denver Nuggets have the chance to win a third straight game when they visit the Pistons on Sunday afternoon. Will Barton finished with 24 points, eight assists and seven rebounds, and Nikola Jokic contributed 15 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists for the Nuggets in a 127-115 win against the Milwaukee Bucks last time out.

The Nuggets are rolling. They are winners of eight of 11 games and they will take on the Pistons, one of the worst teams in the Eastern Conference. Denver minus only the two points is the pick here. Roll with the Nuggets here.

New Orleans Pelicans @ Houston Rockets

The New Orleans Pelicans are eyeing a fourth consecutive victory in this game against the Rockets.

Zion Williamson finished with a team-high 24 points to go with six rebounds and three assists, and Brandon Ingram contributed 20 points, seven rebounds and four assists for the Pelicans in a 139-111 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.

Since Williamson’s return, he is averaging 19.7 points and 8.7 rebounds during New Orleans’ winning streak, and he has been a great compliment to All Star Brandon Ingram and guard Jrue Holiday.

The Pelicans coming away with a win in Houston is a tough task, but I love New Orleans plus the 5.5 points in this matchup. Roll with the Pelicans here.

Phoenix Suns @ Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks enter this game with an NBA-best 41-7 record. The Bucks, however, are coming off a rare loss to the Nuggets on Friday night.

Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with 31 points, 16 rebounds, nine assists and two blocks, and Khris Middleton had 24 points and nine assists for the Bucks in the 127-115 loss. The Bucks were on a nine-game winning streak before it came to an end here.

The Bucks have an unprecedented 22-3 home record this season and I believe they will get the job done here against the Phoenix Suns.
