FanDuel Same Game Parlay Picks: Miami Heat vs. Utah Jazz
Last night’s FanDuel Same Game Parlay fell two points shy of hitting. We had Gainnis over 30.5 points, he scored 29, and Donovan Mitchell over 26.5 points, he scored 26. Today, the Jazz are back in action for the NBA nightcap and we’re going back to Utah for their game against the Miami Heat.
There are three bets for Saturday's Heat vs. Jazz game that I have my eyes on, and I’m going to take advantage of FanDuel’s generosity and package them in a 3-leg parlay to try and win big.

Leg 1: Utah Jazz -6.5 @ -115
The Jazz are the hottest and potentially the best team in the entire NBA. Utah holds the NBA’s best record at 21-5, and they’re 18-1 ATS in their last 19 games. I’m a little sceptical of this big number against a talented team in the 2nd half of a back to back. But, I’m simply not betting against Utah right now. They dominated a Bucks team last night that is much better than this Heat squad.
The Heat are winners of four straight, but like I said, there are very few teams I would ever bet against this Jazz team with how they’re playing. Let’s hope last night’s win over Milwaukee didn’t take too much out of Utah.
Leg 2: Over 216 @ -110
This total is low, and there is good reason that it’s low, but I’m just not seeing a low-scoring battle like this total would suggest. The Jazz are averaging over 120 points per game in February. They have been scoring at will against most teams and have upped the pace of their offense. Even on a night like last night, where Donovan Mitchell shot 6-20 from the floor and 1-9 from three, they put up 129 against a good defensive team.
The Heat are going to be the issue here. They don’t play with a ton of pace and are one of the lowest scoring teams in the NBA. Still, if we get 120 from Utah we don’t even need Miami to break 100. Give me the over on this low total.
Leg 3: Donovan Mitchell Over 25.5 Points @ -112
This one hurt last night, especially since Mitchell went 1-4 from the floor in the fourth. But, I think that was an anomaly, not the norm, for Donovan Mitchell. He’s shooting 40% from three this season and not only scoring, but doing it efficiently.
He’s scored more than 25 points in four straight and we’re going to bet on him doing so again tonight. He is one of the main reasons the Jazz have become the best team in the NBA this season. We’re getting at least 30 tonight from Mitchell, I can feel it. He’s going to be looking to make up for last night’s rare off game.
