Brian Good gives us his NBA 3-leg Same Game Parlay
ANALYSIS

It seems like the Sixers are always featured in my FanDuel Same Game Parlays , but I still think sportsbooks are overrating the absence of Embiid and underrating how good the East’s top team is. On Saturday night, the Sixers continue their West roadtrip, this time against the Clippers. Let’s take a look at how I’m going to play it.

There are three bets for tonight's Sixers/Clippers game that I have my eyes on, and I’m going to take advantage of FanDuel’s generosity and package them in a 3-leg parlay to try and win big.

3-Leg Parlay @ +325 - $50 Wager Wins $162

Leg 1: Sixers +5 @ -110

Let me get this straight. I can get the East’s top team, which has lost one game in the month of March and is in the midst of a four-game win streak, at +5? Sign me up. There isn’t a team in the NBA right now that I wouldn’t feel comfortable with the Sixers getting five right now.

Everyone expected Philly to take a step back once Joel Embiid went down with a knee injury, but the Sixers have responded in a big way. Since they lost their All-Star center, the team is 6-1 ATS in seven games.

The Clippers are also playing great basketball right now, winners of five of their last six and four straight at home. They will most likely win again tonight, but the Sixers should put up a good fight.

Leg 2: Ben Simmons 8+ Rebounds @ -150

I love this prop tonight. Since Embiid has been injured, Ben Simmons has taken over as one of the team’s top rebounders. Since that Washington Wizards game, Simmons is averaging 8.33 rebounds per game and has pulled down fewer than eight boards just twice. I originally expected Simmons to fill the Embiid-sized hole on the team right now with more scoring, but instead he’s picked up his numbers in the rebound game.

The Sixers are the third best rebounding team in the NBA and the Clippers come in 12th in the league. There will be plenty of chances for boards on Saturday night and I love Simmons to pull down at least 8.

Leg 3: Tobias Harris 20+ Points @ -150

He let me down against the Lakers, but how in the world were we supposed to predict an insane EIGHT 3-pointers from Danny Green? I’m going back to the Tobias Harris points well because I think he’s playing the best basketball on the entire Sixers team with Embiid out.

It’s going to be a well-played defensive matchup for sure, but someone is going to need to step up offensively for the Sixers. When Danny Green isn’t having one of the best shooting performances of the season, that’s been Tobias.

FanDuel Same Game Parlay Picks -  Philadelphia 76ers vs. Los Angeles Clippers

Leg 1: Sixers +5 @ -110

Leg 2: Ben Simmons 8+ Rebounds @ -150

Leg 3: Tobias Harris 25+ Points @ +136
