NBA Player prop picks and predictions for Tuesday's NBA slate from handicapper John Hyslop. With only 4 NBA games on the schedule, John still found value

NBA Player Prop Picks for Tuesday: Two Prop Plays at Plus Odds

Take out your phone, launch your score app and look at the NBA schedule. There are only four games on the slate tonight. For most people, that could ruin a day. But not us winners. That just makes us more hungry. If we're being honest, it gives us more of an opportunity to dive into markets we usually don't have time for. Places like the electric Turnover market where plus moneylines just stare at you like you're an exhibit at a zoo. I love it here.

Kyle Lowry Over 2.5 Turnovers (+110)

Lines available at DraftKings at time of publishing.

DraftKings pretty much has a stranglehold on the turnover market in the NBA. BetMGM posts them so they are worth checking but his particular line comes from DraftKings. It's glorious too.

I am a Kyle Lowry fan so please don't consider this shade. It's absolutely not. I've been a Kyle Lowry guy since his Villanova days. The thing about Lowry is he's a turnover machine at times. In his last seven games he's hit this number six times. The only time he didn't was when he turned it over twice against Washington last Thursday.

Lowry and the Heat will be in Detroit taking on the lowly Pistons tonight which is good. For starters, Lowry has gone over 2.5 turnovers in every road game this season except one. Another positive is the fact that Detroit is third in the NBA in opponent turnover per possession this season. This shouldn't be plus money.

Reggie Jackson Over 1.5 Turnovers (+105)

Lines available at DraftKings at time of publishing.

Another turnover bet, another DraftKings selection. I've always wondered why FanDuel doesn't offer this market because why not? There's no way it's because it will cost them too much money. Nobody bets these things even though they are electric as I mentioned earlier.

Reggie Jackson is another guy I like a lot but he turns the ball over too much. He won us a ton of coin last year with 3-point props so nobody is going to make fun of him but we can bet his turnover number over. Especially when it's only 1.5 for +105. Feels like a no-brainer.

In his last 13 games, Jackson has gone over this number 11 times. In five of those games, he had at least three give aways. Dallas isn't exactly a team that turns people over but just the other night they caused a 16.3% turnover per possession rate against these same Clippers. This is worth a bet.
