Thursday's NBA YOLO Bet of the Day: Always YOLO No Matter What
Not to alarm anyone, but I think I figured this whole YOLO parlay thing out. Obviously, you have to take multiple huge odd, moronic plays and tie them together. The dumber the bet seems, the smarter it is to include it. That's just big-ticket science. But, you can't just do everything from one market. You have to mix in a few other markets as well. That's what I did tonight and it's majestic. It looks exactly what you want it to look like and that's a bet that has no chance of winning. The books will never see this coming.

4-Leg NBA Parlay Odds (+39348)
Ja Morant 35+ Points (+430)
I had the pleasure of talking to the great Julian Edlow today and he mentioned Ja as a possible go-off guy tonight. Guess what people, he's right. First off, you have to have a guy going for almost 40 in your parlay or it won't work. We already know that. Second, this guy is probably going to drop 40+ tonight because he's playing the Detroit Pistons. Obviously, we don't want to get greedy so we'll just go 35+. Morant has hit this number in two of his last four games which is almost half of the time. If Desmond Bane and Dillon Brooks sit out tonight, he'll have a good chance of doing it again.
Jordan Poole 5+ Made Threes (+390)
Here's what I was talking about earlier. You have to switch up the markets and made threes is definitely switching it up. This one is perfect because it looks idiotic on the surface. But when you break it down, it seems a little less idiotic but still not smart. That's the sweet spot people. The angle at play here is the fact that Steph Curry isn't playing. That means the other guys are going to shoot the rock (science). I've personally seen this guy take double-digit three-point attempts multiple times this season. So have you if you watch basketball. The last time he played the Pelicans he canned six of these things. We only need him to hit five tonight. Should be pretty easy.
Jaylen Brown 4+ Made Threes (+210)
You always have to have a gimmie in one of these. That's just how dumb YOLO parlays work. This is that. The thing I like best about Brown is, no matter what he just keeps shooting threes. I think he picked it up from Marcus Smart but there's no real way to tell. Plus it doesn't matter where he picked up the habit. All I do know is that he only hit one trey against the Los Angeles Clippers last week but he still shot 13 of them. That's my kind of guy. Can't make a shot if you don't shoot the ball. The best news about this one is he's hit at least four threes in each of these last two games so he is in borderline good form. This isn't that dumb.
Mikal Bridges 3+ Made Threes (+390)
Obviously, this is where this one went sideways but we're in too deep now. We have to do it. Just know that this is by far the dumbest bet in the parlay which might make it the best one. We've seen this guy go entire games and not even attempt a three. Now we need him to drop three in a game where he might not even play the whole time because his team should roll their opponent. So dumb. But is it? In his last two games, Bridges has taken at least five threes in both. What's even cooler is the fact that he made three in each contest. With no Landry Shamet in the lineup, Bridges could toss up a couple of extras tonight. All he has to do is make three of them. That's not even one per quarter (math). Although this is definitely not smart, this really isn't that dumb either.
