NBA player prop pick and prediction for Thursday's Nuggets vs. Trail Blazers game. Player prop specialist John Hyslop is back with his second player prop pick for tonight's NBA action.

NBA Player Prop Picks for Thursday: A Little Bit of This

Now that the NFL is done on Thursday nights, the great people at TNT are doing the best they can to give us quality games that we can bet on. I commend them for their effort even though the second half of their back-to-back tonight is terrible. It's not their fault though. How were they supposed to know Damian Lillard, CJ McCollum and Norman Powell would be out when they scheduled this game? The idea I have to help us get through this one with as much entertainment value as possible is to bet it. Find a player prop and hammer it. It's crazy enough that it just might work.

Nassir Little Over 1.5 Made Threes (-120) (Bet $100 to Win $80)

*Odds available at DraftKings at time of publishing*

You have two choices at the moment as to where to play this one. DraftKings or BetMGM. Both have the same price so it really doesn't matter where you get down. I'm sure FanDuel and Barstool will be around shortly with numbers so this is one we will be able to get there later. My guess is they will come with the same numbers or close enough.

This guy still gets no respect even though his role has changed drastically with all of the Trail Blazers out. Everyone on that team has seen a role change. Ben McLemore is getting meaningful minutes. The building is literally (figuratively) on fire at this point. Yet the books still haven't really adjusted in the made threes market.

With his new found role, Little has found a new confidence. This kid will just jack up a three whenever he feels like it. No Dame, no CJ, no Powell, whatever, here's another three attempt. I love it.

One reason Little is taking threes is that he's making them. Kind of. Not like Steph Curry or anything but good enough. In each of the last six games that he's seen at least 30 minutes, he's hit at least two threes. There's a good chance he'll play close to 30 minutes tonight even though Portland might get waxed. Still, even if the blowout happens, Little could still take six or seven threes. We just need him to hit two of them.
