We’ve never bet on Max Strus props but that just means we’ve never lost a Strus bet. Strus has hit this in prop in 9 of his last 10 games. He’s averaging 9.7 3PA in his last 10 games and is converting on an average of 4.4 3PM in that span. Last game he played 28 minutes and if he sees a similar workload he should have no issue clearing this mark with his type of volume.
This game projects to be close so I like the odds for him to see fouth quarter minutes in the event we haven’t cashed at that point yet. Toronto has been especially prone to the long ball allowing a player to hit 3+ threes against them in every game since November 3.
Strus has been stroking it from deep lately and that shouldn’t change tonight. Jimmy Buckets and Lowry should do a good job of finding the open man and Strus is one of the top options to make Toronto play. The juice is unfortunate but definitely worth taking with the usage he’s getting. Lock it for a unit.
