Stuart Durst gives his favorite NBA 3-point Player Props

Friday's NBA Player Prop Pick from Beyond the Arc: Trust Patty Mills

Welcome back to all my favorite OddsChecker NBA people! We started the season in this 3-point column with Grayson Allen, but Football became king, and we had to take a break. We are currently 1-1 in this column, starting strong with Evan Fournier before losing with Will Barton, despite a 37 minute overtime game. Let's get back on the winning side with today's plays.

Patty Mills o2.5 3PM -130 (Bet $130 to win $100)

Let's start with Patty Mills. After a nice run with San Antonio, Patty Mills decided to check out the big city and sign with the Nets. Since then, he's visited the Spurs once, going 3/12 from beyond the arc and cashing this number. I expect him to hit this number on any given night, but with all the emotional narratives of him returning back to where he once played, I think Patty will show up to play today.

Patty Mills has really benefited from the absence of Kevin Durant over the last two games, playing 38 & 31 minutes going 3-8 and 5-7 in those games. In the 7 games that KD has missed this season, Patty has gone over this number in 6/7 averaging over 10 attempts per game. Mills is already 4th in the NBA in 3-pointers made, let's keep that up tonight.

Longshot - Gabe Vincent 4+ 3PM +300 (Bet $100 to win $300)

Since Patty is gonna be a popular play today, I decided to throw in a longer-shot for us here. Vincent has thrived with Herro out of the lineup this season, and I expect the public to be off of him after one bad game. Without Herro on the season, Vincent has gone 1-6, 4-11, 7-12, 4-9. 4-8, 3-6, and 4-5 hitting this number (+300) in 5 of those 7 games. Butler being ejected last game actually hurt Vincent in my opinion, his passing/screening ability should set up plenty of opportunities for the shooter. Atlanta is also a great matchup giving up the second most 3PM to SG’s.
