Jason Radowitz looks at a same-game parlay for Denver Nuggets vs Minnesota Timberwolves at Betfred.
ANALYSIS

Denver Nuggets vs Minnesota Timberwolves Same-Game Parlay: Hit This +581 Same-Game Parlay at Betfred

Things are going well for the Denver Nuggets right now. Denver has won five straight games and will be looking for another win, on the road, against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Minnesota is currently 25-25 on the season and has won three of its last five games on the year. The Timberwolves have had a tough schedule going up against Utah, Phoenix, Golden State, and Brooklyn in four of their five games. It won't be any easier against a red-hot Nuggets team. Here's our favorite same-game parlay for tonight's matchup between the Nuggets and the Timberwolves.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Denver Nuggets Over/Under Movement

Timberwolves vs. Nuggets Same-Game Parlay Picks

Leg 1: Nuggets +4.5 (-115)

The Minnesota Timberwolves have not defended all that well this season. While Minnesota might earn some turnovers in this game, the Timberwolves are still allowing teams to shoot an effective field goal percentage of 53.4 percent. Meanwhile, the Nuggets are shooting an effective field goal percentage of 54.8 percent and should be able to maximize second chances against a Timberwolves team that is dead last in defensive rebounding, allowing opponents to average 28.5 percent offensive rebounds per game. Minnesota is also solid on the glass, but against the Nuggets, the Timberwolves won't hit their average of 28.7 percent offensive rebounds. The Nuggets will also hold Minnesota off the line. So I like the Denver to cover here. Please be advised that this analysis is with Nikola Jokic playing. He's currently listed as questionable with a toe injury.

Leg 2: Over 230 (-110)

The Nuggets have been tearing teams up offensively during the win streak. If I like the Nuggets to win again, that means I like points. Denver's point totals during their five-game winning streak include 136, 116, 124, 110, and 117. Meanwhile, Minnesota has allowed teams to score 106, 134, 124, 107, and 125 in their last five games. In the games where the Timberwolves allowed 106 and 107, Minnesota won, scoring even more points. As long as Jokic is playing, I like this game to go over. D'Angelo Russell is also questionable and if he's in, it would also help the over, of course.

Leg 3: Nuggets Over 112.5 Team Total (-110)

The Nuggets have gone over 112.5 in four of their last five games. During this win streak, the Nuggets have looked terrific offensively. Denver is getting contributions from Aaron Gordon lately along with Will Barton and Monte Morris. Other guys off the bench are capable as well. Against the former champions, on the road, in Milwaukee, the Bucks scored 136 points while shooting 60.2 percent from the field. I'm not going up against this offense right now. They've been efficient and flat-out terrific. Again, I like this play as long as Jokic is in. If he's not in, the line will trend downwards and I'd still suggest it at the lower line.
