New York Knicks vs. Memphis Grizzlies Same Game Parlay: Monster Mitchell Robinson

The New York Knicks are hosting the Memphis Grizzlies tonight in a national TV showdown on ESPN. Ja Morant will surely be putting on a show in Madison Square Garden tonight, but that's not who jumps out at me on tonight's betting slate.

Mitchell Robinson has been an absolute beast for the Knicks lately and I like him to keep terrorizing opponents tonight. Let's jump into this awesome 4-Leg Parlay!

Mitchell Robinson Same Game Parlay (+180) (Bet $100 to Win $180)

*Odds Available at DraftKings at Time of Publishing*

LEG 1: 2+ Points - 1st Quarter

LEG 2: 2+ Rebounds - 1st Quarter

Mitchell Robinson is in the middle of the best basketball stretch of his NBA career. And he's been starting games exceptionally strong over his last ten games.

Here are his last 10 first quarters:

  • 4 Points, 7 Rebounds
  • 4 Pts, 2 Rebs
  • 0 Pts, 2 Rebs
  • 5 Pts, 3 Rebs
  • 6 Pts, 2 Rebs
  • 6 Pts, 3 Rebs
  • 3 Pts, 0 Rebs
  • 6 Pts, 5 Rebs
  • 4 Pts, 3 Rebs
  • 5 Pts, 4 Rebs

I'll do some quick math for you. That's at least 2 first-quarter points and rebounds in eight of his last ten games. On average, that's 4.3 points and 3.1 rebounds in 7.2 minutes of first-quarter action over his last ten.

Robinson has gotten better and better at staying out of foul trouble with every season he's been in the league, so I feel comfortable with him getting enough early run to get us at least one basket and a pair of boards to start.

LEG 3: 7+ Points

LEG 4: 6+ Rebounds

For starters, if Mitch can start strong, he should have no issue reaching these benchmarks throughout the entire game. Either way, these numbers are quite easy for the 7-footer to reach.

Robinson has posted at least 7 points and 6 rebounds in 11 straight games. He's averaging 11.2 PPG and 9.6 RPG during this stretch. Taking a wider view of his season as a whole, he's put up 7+ & 6+ in 30 of his 46 games this season. He's also reached each of these marks in 27 of 38 games (71%) when playing at least 20 minutes. He should have no issue seeing at least 24-26 minutes of playing time, which would all but guarantee some solid production for the fourth-year center.

The matchup is also a positive one for Robinson. Memphis is allowing the 10th most points to opposing centers this season. They've also just given up double-digit scoring totals to each of Andre Drummond, Hassan Whiteside, and Jakob Poeltl within the last week. Robinson will likely be needed to hang with Steven Adams for much of the game and should see plenty of opportunities for dunks and layups on one end, and plenty of rebound chances on the other.

Look for New York's best big man and defensive anchor to control the paint in a big game at The Garden tonight.
