ANALYSIS

Boston Celtics vs. Denver Nuggets Same-Game Parlay: Tail This +581 Same-Game Parlay at Betfred

The Boston Celtics and Denver Nuggets will look to add to the win column tonight in a game at TD Garden. At the trade deadline, the Celtics brought in guard Derrick White from the Spurs and Daniel Theis from the Rockets. Meanwhile, the Nuggets basically stood pat for the most part and didn't want to add any pieces. Did the Nuggets make the right choice? Here's our favorite same-game parlay for the Nuggets and Celtics game via BetFred.

Boston Celtics vs. Denver Nuggets Over/Under Movement

Celtics vs. Nuggets Same-Game Parlay Picks

Leg 1: Celtics -5 (-110)

It's unclear if Derrick White will play in tonight's game along with Daniel Theis. I'm going to say they both won't be available for tonight's game, but things can change. Either way, the Celtics are coming off a massive win against the Brooklyn Nets and are finally starting to get a feel for one another.

Boston is truly a great team but started the season in a massive slump. When you have Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, things are eventually going to work out. The Celtics play really good defense and will develop better offense as the season progresses.

Leg 2: Under 217 (-110)

Both of these teams have been red hot from the floor. Denver has scored 124 or more points in its last two games while the Celtics have scored at least 113 points in four of their last five games.

Overall, Boston has allowed just 106.2 points per 100 possessions this year and continues to limit teams in the effective field goal percentage category, leading the NBA with a 50.3 percent number on the defensive end. Meanwhile, Boston's only elite area on the offensive end is rebounding. But Denver is limiting teams to just 23.7 percent offensive rebounds per game.

Leg 3: Nuggets Under 106 Team Total (-115)

In Denver's last two losses, the Nuggets have failed to reach 106 points. If I like the Celtics to win today, I'd like to believe the Nuggets will go under their team total and have a poor performance offensively.

The Nuggets are only averaging 24.6 percent offensive rebounds and rank 27th in free throw rate this season. In the one area where Denver is elite, the Celtics are even better on the defensive end. Denver is shooting an effective field goal percentage of 55 percent but the Celtics are holding teams to just a 50.3 percent effective field goal percentage.
