NBA player prop pick and prediction for Monday's Nets vs. Kings game. Player prop specialist John Hyslop is back with his second player prop pick for tonight's NBA action.
ANALYSIS

NBA Player Prop Picks for Monday: De'Aaron Fox Gets Buckets Tonight

I was thinking about only laying one bet on the NBA tonight. The Siakam move is so good that it's all we really need. Then I remember my favorite proverb. You can't win if you don't bet. That's all it took for me to go back to the book and look for more action. There's nothing wrong with only having one bet in a night but why do it when you can have two? It makes total sense. Luckily for us, I found a plus money move we can all be proud of. On top of that, it's an over. At this point, it would actually be irresponsible to not bet this.

De'Aaron Fox 25+ Points (+108) (Bet $100 to Win $108)

*Odds Available at FanDuel at Time of Publishing*

Obviously, we're at FanDuel since this is a 25+ move. Both DraftKings and FanDuel have Fox for 23.5 with FanDuel being the better option there as they are offering it for -102. DraftKings is actually pretty high at -115. Still, it's all deadly but I think 25+ is the better move here.

Here's the thing about De'Aaron Fox. He's filthy and he's been playing like a true alpha. He's only been back from injury for three games now and he's taken at least 20 shots in all three contests. It's no surprise that he's scored at least 26 points in all of those games. He looks unstoppable.

Tonight the Kings are on the road as they'll be in Brooklyn taking on the Nets. I don't know if you've heard but the Nets are in what we call on the streets, a freefall. They're losing every night and they won't have Kyrie Irving or Kevin Durant available tonight.

Defending the perimeter has been an issue which is not good news for tonight. In the last three games, we've seen Marcus Smart and Raul Neto both have 20+ point games. Neither one of those guys are De'Aaron Fox.

With Tyreese Haliburton and Buddy Hield out of the fold, I think Fox will continue to take a ton of shots. He's highly likely to be on the floor for 35+ minutes and could even do a little damage from the free throw line as the Nets are third to last in the NBA in personal fouls per possession over the last three games. This isn't that crazy.
