There are too many factors that make this make sense for me. Tatum is averaging 12.5 REB/AST on the season so that’s the first good sign. Getting a whole number lower in a game that should be close with him seeing big minutes is an immediate edge.

These two teams have faced off three times this season and the outcomes have been determined by an average of six points. Vegas sees this one being another close one which should bode well for plenty Tatum minutes to rack up our stats for us.

In those three games vs Philadelphia, we have seen Tatum smash this number. Tatum has REB/AST totals of 16, 15, and 18. He is averaging 16.3 and all we need here is 12, count me in. Some people have been hesitant to bet teams that just made bigger trades to see how that will impact the players roles but this feels safe even with the acquisition of Derrick White. In the two games with him, he is averaging 12 REB/AST still.

Another factor I love is that this is a TNT game. We often see players who will put more effort into rebounding the ball and facilitating in a nationally televised game. Knowing how many people are watching is extra motivation to put up a nice stat sheet and try to help yourself get new fans potential deals. Tatum has such a phenomenal history vs the Sixers and this game being on TNT with such a close spread makes me think that 12 is incredibly within reach here.

If you only have one option on any of your books I would roll with just the o7.5 rebounds. I think that bet also individually has value. I just like the idea of adding assists as Tatum is averaging 12 potential assists over his last four games. This bet feels like a sneaky one that will have all of the opportunity in the world to hit, lets get this one before others see the value. -110 for this seems like a steal.
