We have an NBA battle tonight between two of the best offenses in all of the NBA. The struggling Charlotte Hornets will battle it out against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Wolves come into this game placing 7th in the west and looking to find themselves back into the playoffs this year for this first time in quite some time.

They have been led by big man Karl Anthony-Towns along with young superstar Anthony Edwards. The contributions of their role players have been outstanding as well, and this could be a dangerous team to see in the playoffs due to their offensive ability. The Hornets started the year very hot but have been on a decline over the past month and change. They're also led by young star power in the form of Lamelo Ball.

Ball was selected to his first all-star game this season after being the best rookie in the NBA a season ago. Ball has the ability to score and distribute that not many players in the league have and non have at his age. The Hornets have also had an outstanding year by former Michigan State Spartan Miles Bridges.

Bridges is at the top of the discussion for NBA'S most improved player and is currently the second favorite to win the award behind Ja Morant. This Hornets team, despite their cold spell, should still be in a position to get to a play in-game. Their currently back to a .500 record and will look to get on the right side of that in tonight’s game.

The play I am going with tonight is going to be under 244.5. I know it is very scary because these are two of the best offensive teams in the NBA, so I’m not going to bore you with stats on why I love this play. I will say, however, that the Hornet's offense is unbelievably streaky, and they will be without some of their better offensive players for this game tonight. In the last couple of games, their offense has returned to life, but they went thru a spell of a couple of weeks, not looking like one of the top offenses in the NBA.

The second thing is this total is 244.5! This is one of the highest totals of the NBA all season, as totals have been adjusted due to the fouls called in the NBA. This means these teams have no room at all to go cold. I think if we get one 2-3 minutes drought that this thing can cash in with ease! I love betting these high-numbered totals, and I trust Minnesota to play enough defense in this one to get us home. I will be taking this under here tonight. Let’s keep things rolling!
