NBA player props expert John Hyslop is here with his top player prop pick for Tuesday night's NBA action and it comes from the Detroit Pistons and Washington Wizards matchup with his eyes set on Saddiq Bey.

NBA Player Prop Picks for Tuesday: Bank on Saddiq Bey

In this world, you have to be brave. Fortune favors the bold and everyone knows that. This goes for us in the sports betting game too. Sure easy wins can be fun at first to the new people, but your palate becomes a little more sophisticated after a while. You start to realize that the real action, the real sweat is in the shakey guys. Guys who could drop 30 tonight or three. No in-between. All gas no brakes types. Lucky for us, I found the definition of an all gas no brakes type. He plays for the Detroit Pistons and he's got a plus number following him around tonight. Plus his game starts at 7:00 pm ET so we get to have action right out of the gate. We're living the dream right now.

Saddiq Bey Over 2.5 Made Threes (+125) (Bet $100 to Win $125)

*Odds Available at DraftKings at Time of Publishing*

I'm at DraftKings because they have the best deal. Still, this is playable everywhere. FanDuel is hanging +122 and both Barstool and BetMGM have +120. It's a plus money party no matter where we look and we're all invited. Truly a night we'll all remember forever.

Is this bet really for everyone? Kind of. Not everyone can handle a guy like Saddiq. It's nothing to be ashamed of if you can't. His points number is always around 16.5 or 17.5 and he either goes way over or way under. When I say way under we're talking like not even cracking double digits. He's an acquired taste for sure.

For those that like a little variance in their lives, Saddiq Bey is perfect. You just have to know when to jump on the wave and when to get off. He's a true measuring stick of excellence. I think it's time to jump on the wave tonight.

Bey and the Pistons actually look like an NBA team at the moment. Generally, there's blowout risk with any Piston but not tonight. I think they can keep it close (maybe even win) against a Washington team that is in shambles. Detroit has won three of their last four and played the Boston Celtics close in the lone loss. They're not that bad.

As for Bey personally, I've studied the way his brain works for most of this season and he appears to be a good game, good game, good game, really bad game, bad game guy. After his last outing, we still have two good games left.

The thing is, Bey's two bad games came right after the all-star break. That's understandable. He's a 22-year-old millionaire with nowhere to be. Things are probably going to go off the rails a little. It happens. But now, he seems to be back to where he was before the break which is good.

Before the break, Bey actually hit at least three three-pointers in every game except one. Even in his bad ones, he was draining threes. I'd expect him to play pretty big minutes down the stretch which should lead to a healthy dose of three-point attempts. This could be the bravest pick we ever make but we're here for the action. This is that.
