The Nets also made a move at the trade deadline to acquire all-star Ben Simmons, who is still inactive. When they are fully healthy, this team could be as good as anyone in the NBA. The issue for the Nets is they continue to fall down the standings during this cold spell. The Nets want to avoid the play in-game, but it is looking like a tall task at this point in the season.

That ranks twenty-eighth in the NBA, and this is one of the best offenses in basketball they are facing tonight. I see this game as a game where the stars just take over. If this game turns into a track meet, I believe that pace will favor the Nets tonight as the Hornets will have trouble keeping up with the Nets scoring.
