Kyle Lowry hasn’t been the high-volume shooter we’ve seen in years past but this number insane for this matchup. Lowry has faced off against Detroit three times and has cleared easily in all three. Games of 21, 19, and 15 are great signs that he should easily clear 11+ tonight. The blowout risk is there with the 14 point spread but Detroit has played Miami close in all three games thus far so I wouldn’t say him getting fourth quarter burn is completely out of the question.

Lowry has hit this prop in eight of his last 11 games and recently expressed how he will shoot more as he’s approaching the “real season”. Whether that means he will randomly start shooting more right away or exclusively in the playoffs is yet to be seen but either this prop feels so low. This bet has the possibility to cash in the third quarter if he finds his groove early on. The hit recent hit rate and three-for-three hit rate vs Detroit this year make me believe that not only this play is good but it’s a good ladder opportunity which is rare for me.
Lowry to score 15+ is +300 on Fanduel. I will sprinkle some on this most definitely for only two more baskets. If you want to get real crazy you could also bet Lowry to score 20+ at +1200 on Fanduel. Lowry is averaging 18.3 PPG vs Detroit so it’s not as crazy as you might think. Lowry proved that he can get at least 15+ vs Detroit with the big 3 of Butler, Adebayo and Herro all active. If Pistons can keep this game close like they’ve done thus far I can see him paying out some of our longshot bets in addition to our main play of o10.5.
