Another play where we aren’t trying to outsmart anyone. It seems like at this point in the year we see big-name players really step up and take games more seriously as teams are competing for seeding and playoff spots. Trae Young has been outstanding lately. His last two games have been 46 and 47 point monster performances and his confidence must be at an all-time high. In Trae’s last 9 games he is averaging 33 points per game and a matchup vs Charlotte seems like the perfect spot to keep up his impressive performance.

Charlotte allows the 3rd most points in the league as a team and Trae Young has already proven he can hit this prop vs them. He has games of 30, 25, and 19 vs them so only a 1/3 rate but I’m confident. The main reason I’m confident is if Trae Youngs splits with and without John Collins. In 50 games with John Collins, we see Young “only” averages 26.6 points per game. Without John Collins, we see Young average 35.2 points per game in 13 contests. He has 29+ in 10/13.

Bet $10, Win $200 if EITHER TEAM hits a 3-Pointer

Vegas has this game at a one-point spread and with a wild total of 240. I see Trae Young to score 35+ at +250 on DraftKings as well and will personally sprinkle some lunch money on that. Without John Collins we see Trae go ballistic. Charlotte doesn’t play defense, this game projects close and Trae Young has scored 93 points in his last two games. Why wouldn’t we predict him to get us 29 tonight? All signs point to a huge game out of him. Let's roll!
