NBA Parlay for Wednesday: Riding Old Faithful With Some Dwight Powell Love
Our favorite bet needed some time off. Luckily we did so because it has been struggling but tonight is the perfect night to bring it back. Let's hop into it.

1u - Denver Nuggets Race To 15 PTS / Dwight Powell u0.5 3PM (-122) (Bet $122 to win $100)
Our favorite Nuggets bet was hitting at a ridiculous clip and has since been brought back down to earth. Games against Golden State, Philly, and a great first-quarter team in Toronto all proved to be too difficult for Denver who have been dealing with injuries. Now they are mostly back to normal with Aaron Gordon's status being the only guy being questionable for tonight. Of course, Porter and Murray are out but that goes without saying. Nuggets have still hit this prop at an incredible rate with Jokic active despite the recent struggles and Washington just doesn’t have the firepower to scare me off.
I’ve noticed positive line movement for Denver here as this bet opened at -140 yesterday and the game spread was a point lower at -5.5 instead of -6.5. Washington has lost their last three races to 15 and two of them were against a brutal Lakers team who never start games well and a depleted Blazers team who might have my local plumber giving them some bench minutes. We’ve played props at -155 before but I felt the need to add a juice reducer because Denver has proven to be vulnerable although I love this spot.
Bet $10, Win $200 if EITHER TEAM hits a 3-Pointer
Dwight Powell to not hit a three is a great juice reducer, let's just hope he doesn't search his name before the game and hits one on purpose to troll us. Powell has only made one three-pointer in his last 31 games. A 30/31 hit rate is a 96.7% hit rate in his last 31. I will take those odds to reduce the juice by 33 cents. Powell in that span has only attempted seven total threes. Averaging just over 0.2 attempts per game. If that holds up there’s only a 20% chance he shoots one tonight, let alone making it. Our darling bet is back, good things were happening when we were riding Denver first to 15, let's hope to repeat history.
