Mitchell Robinson Over 16.5 PRA (-120) (Bet $120 to Win $100)

*Odds Available at Caesars at Time of Publishing*

Mitchell Robinson is so much better than the stats he puts up. A lot of what he does is kind of like Draymond and goes further than numbers. As for tonight, we don’t care we just want numbers. Only needing 17+ here is so in play. Robinson averages 17.7 PRA on the season and should see an extended run tonight with New York trying to match Gobert. Nerlens Noel remains out so as long as this game remains close and Mitch doesn’t have silly fouls I like his odds of seeing 30+ minutes.

Mitch isn’t a guy who consistently gets big minutes but in a matchup like this, the Knicks don’t have much of a choice. When Rudy Gobert is on the other team you can’t play small ball with Randle at the 5. If Thibs does that I will have no choice but to attend a game at Madison Square Garden and berate him until I lose my voice. Mitch has a nice history against Utah and last game versus them put up 41 PRA against them. That game has a bit of an asterisk because there was no Gobert or Whiteside but we have seen Robinson have success against both of them too throughout his career.

This game only has a 4 point spread and I like it stat close. The Jazz aren’t a team you’d usually target any overs against but this line is too good. Robinson has played 30+ minutes just 17 times this year but this seems like an opportunity for him to do it again. 15 of those 17 games he hit this prop, the more Mitch plays the more likely he is to cash us, I read that in “Sports Betting 101”. Mitch won’t be one of the worst passers in the league but Utah does allow the most assists to big men so I personally added it. The PRA line was the exact same as the PR so I figured why not. If he can just get us 1 I consider that a win in my book.
