Handicapper Matt McCuen is here with his top NBA bet for Monday night. He has his eyes set on the Bulls as they are set to take on the Toronto Raptors.
ANALYSIS

We took almost a week off the NBA for article plays, but that’s doesn’t mean I forgot the streak we are on! We are 17-3 on our last twenty NBA plays, and we’re gonna build on that tonight. March Madness has been fun, but we’ll watch the pros tonight and make some money while doing it.

Bulls vs. Raptors Line Movement

Chicago Bulls vs. Toronto Raptors Prediction

The Toronto Raptors will travel into the Windy City to take on the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls are on a three-game slide, including back-to-back double-digit losses. The Bull's recent struggles now have them battling for a playoff spot and to avoid the play in-game. This is a team that has been in first place for multiple weeks this season. The turnaround will have to begin tonight, taking on a gritty Raptors team who will be playing on a back-to-back.

The Raptors are the team that is currently pushing the Bulls to avoid a play-in situation. The Bulls are 1.5 games ahead of them at the moment for the five seed. Demar DeRozan, along with Zach LaVine, have been the big guns for the Bulls this season, providing them with a ton of offense. The Bulls have struggled badly on the defensive end the last couple of weeks, something they will look to tighten up tonight. The Raptors have been led by All-Star guard Fred Van Vleet along with New Mexico State alumn Pascal Siakam. The Raptors will look for another win tonight following a big win last night in Philly.

I will be backing the Chicago Bulls on the short spread. I think this is the biggest game to this stage of the season for the Bulls, and I believe they will be well prepared tonight. This is a difficult spot for the Raptors as they come into this game on a back to back. I expect the legs of the Raptors to play a factor, especially in the second half of this game. This should be a perfect spot for the Bulls, who are the more rested team and playing on their home floor where they are 25-10. The Bulls are not only the more rested team, but they have not played since Friday, so they have no excuse not to be fresh for this game tonight. The Raptors are also expected to be with our shooting guard Gary Trent Jr. who is the Raptor's biggest threat from the three-point line. The Raptors will also be missing starter OG Anunoby along with Malachi Flynn, a guy who gives solid bench minutes. The Bulls return Patrick Williams tonight, who has missed most of this season but is the best defender on this Chicago roster. Let’s stay hot on the hardwood tonight!
